The Ready Educators Quality Improvement Pilot (REQIP) was a pilot initiative of the to improve the quality of early childhood education programs through individualized program planning, technical assistance, and coaching. The initiative was a new approach to quality improvement that linked program-level quality improvement efforts to areas where data indicate that children and programs need additional support. The program was part of the strategy.
