The multi-year strategy focused on advancing early childhood care and education programs in Boston to help create an environment that ensures every child has the opportunities and support they need for success in school and in life. The toolkit was developed for the to describe key features of the initiative, tools for working with programs and Technical Assistance Providers (TAPs), and the challenges and lessons learned during the pilot years (2013-2015).
