The Ready Educators Quality Improvement Pilot (REQIP) is an educational improvement initiative for community-based programs in Boston for children from birth to five years of age, which is designed to help make sure that children are ready to learn when they start school. This report describes the underlying ideas for the initiative and summarizes the impact of REQIP after two years (2013-2015) including improvements in the overall program, educator practices, and child outcomes.
