 This article discusses the topic of sexual harassment in K-12 schools. This piece includes examples of historical cases of sexual harassment, describes the implications of these cases and offers solutions. Often, sexual harassment is reported as bullying. This undermines the criminal nature of sexual harassment and removes any legal liability. This article describes how zero-tolerance laws and anti-bullying laws simply punish and exclude the bully without allowing for the opportunity for reform.
